Where we ship

Anywhere in the United States. We don't ship internationally right now.

How long it takes

Two numbers matter, and they add up:

• Production — 2 business days, counted from the day you submit your personalization form, not from the day you order.
• Transit — 2 to 5 business days with Ground Advantage, or 1 to 3 with Priority Mail, depending on where you are.

You'll see the exact shipping cost and the estimated delivery date at checkout, calculated for your address before you pay.

Ordering for an event? Tell us the date in the order notes at checkout. If your date is tighter than our normal turnaround, email us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.

Addresses

We ship to the address you enter at checkout, exactly as you enter it. We can't reroute a package once it's on its way, and we can't refund an order delivered to an address that was typed wrong.

Delays

Once the carrier has the package, delivery time is theirs, not ours. We'll help you chase a lost package, but we can't control weather, holidays or carrier backlogs. In December, order earlier than you think you need to.
