How long does it take?
Production takes 2 business days from the day you submit your personalization form, plus 2 to 5 business days in transit. Checkout shows you the estimated delivery date for your address before you pay. If your event is sooner than that, email us before you order.
When do I send the names and details?
Right after checkout. We email you a short form — you don’t need to send anything before you buy.
Is there a minimum quantity?
Everything is sold in sets of 10. If you need 20 or 30, add more than one set to your cart — the price per piece stays the same.
Can you match my party colors?
Yes. Tell us the colors in the personalization form. If you have an invitation or a theme image, send it — it’s the fastest way for us to get it right.
Can I use my own artwork or a photo?
Yes. PNG with a transparent background works best for logos; for photos, send the largest file you have. Please only send artwork you have the right to use.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not right now.
Can I change my details after I submit the form?
Within 24 hours, yes — just email us. After that, production has usually started.
What if there’s a mistake?
If the piece doesn’t match what you submitted, we remake it or refund you. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
Do you take rush orders?
Sometimes. Email us with your date before you order and we’ll tell you honestly.
