Welcome to Dream House Favors. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of dreamhousefavors.com and to every order you place with us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Dream House Favors, based in Kenilworth, New Jersey. "You" means the person visiting the site or placing an order.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree that the information you give us (name, email, shipping address and payment details) is accurate and complete.

2. Personalized products

Most of our products are made to order and personalized with the details you send us, such as names, ages, dates, colors and party themes.

  • Your details: after you place your order, we contact you by email to collect your personalization details. Please check spelling, dates and capitalization carefully. We produce what you send us.
  • Design approval: we send you a design preview for approval. Production starts only after you approve it. Please review the name, age, colors and other details before approving.
  • Your content: when you send us names, logos, photos, invitations or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. You remain the owner of your content and allow us to use it only to make your order.
  • Licensed characters and trademarks: we may decline or cancel any request that uses copyrighted characters, brand logos or other content we are not authorized to reproduce. If we cancel for this reason, we refund you in full.
  • Handmade variation: every piece is assembled by hand. Small variations in color, placement and finish are normal. Colors on screen may look slightly different from the printed product.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Many products are sold in sets or packs, and the price shown is for the full set listed on the product page.
  • Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
  • We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you place it.
  • If a product is listed with an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you receive an order confirmation.
  • Discount codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash and may expire.

4. Production and shipping

Production times start after you approve your design. Any timeframes shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees, and shipping time is added after production. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm the timeline. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier.

5. Cancellations, returns and remakes

Because personalized items are made specifically for you, they are final sale once production starts. Cancellations, remakes for our errors, items damaged in transit and returns of non-personalized items are covered in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

6. Our content

The designs, photos, text, logos and other content on this site belong to Dream House Favors or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

7. Using the site

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. We may refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud.

8. Third-party services

Payments, shipping and some site features are provided by third parties, such as our e-commerce platform, payment processors and shipping carriers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including missed event dates caused by carrier delays or by details that were submitted incorrectly. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

How we collect and use your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after the "Last updated" date above.
